Turn around time

All orders are made to order. Once an order is placed it takes 8-16 business days to process and materialize from fantasy into our reality in our Ontario-based (atelier/studio). All process and materialization time is subject to change based on the quantity of order. 

All orders are processed in $ CAD, ordering abroad the check out page may show your local currency. However, exchange rates are subject to fluctuations Lé Lesél has no control over these fluctuations.

Do you ship international

Yes we do ship internationally, please make sure that you address is typed in correctly

Delivery estimates 

Delivery times will vary based on your location in the world, we do push to get your magical products to you in a timely manner. However since we are a made to order brand processing times will vary depending on how large one order is. You also pay for one time shipping so your order will not ship until the whole order is complete (this goes for if you order regular items with pre-order items they will all ship on one date. To avoid order delays we suggest that you place separate orders if you wish to purchase a regular item along with a pre-order item).

Payment forms

We accept all forms of payment, debit, credit etc. All prices are processed in CAN currency even if orders are shown in local currency.

Packaging

Lé Lesél strives for sustainability as well as aesthetics. We package every order with care and follow all COVID-19 policies in shop to ensure the safety of our workers as well as customers. We appreciate every order we receive! 

Refund/Return Policies

Since we are a made to order/made to measure brand we do not offer refunds. We do offer exchange or store credit on damage items. Please check out our Shipping and Returns page for more information.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, we do accept commissions both in our fashion and art studio. All commissions need to pay a nonrefundable $50 deposit that will be put towards the remaining price balance. Commission processes are different for each studio please see our individual pages with the forms and processing instructions

Restocking

We restock items on a rotational bases. Since our items are made to order most items go out of stock when we are out of source material to produce the product. Restock times will vary based on the source material and when we are able to enquire more. We may either discontinue an item or reintroduce an item based on the source material.

Sizing

We do ask for your measurements as well as commercial sizes when ordering any clothing from us. We do have a Sizings page for your reference while ordering.

Pre-Order Items

Sometimes we do offer pre-order items, for example when we are going to drop a new collection or art piece. This means the item is available for sale before it is ready to be produced to ship out. Like stated in the shipping policies as well in the delivery estimate section that you pay for shipping once meaning any pre-order items ordered along side already available item will not ship until the pre-order item is available to ship. If you do not want to wait for your whole order on the pre-order shipping date you will benefit from placing separate orders.
