Shipping & Return Policies

 

Orders

All orders are made to order. Once an order is placed it takes 8-16 business days to process and materialize from fantasy into our reality in our Ontario-based (atelier/studio). All process and materialization time is subject to change based on the quantity of order. 

All orders are processed in $ CAD, ordering abroad the check out page may show your local currency. However, exchange rates are subject to fluctuations Lé Lesél has no control over these fluctuations.

Shipping

Once materialized you will receive dispatch information and tracking number via email. Shipping times will vary based on location. If there is are any delays to your order you will be contacted by a member of our team with information. Shipping rates are calculated at check out and are calculated based on weight.

Pre-Order Items

If any of our products are available to pre-order this means that the item is for sale before it is able to be produced in our studio. All pre-order items will have an estimated shipping date listed and will not be produced until the pre-set timeline of pre-order is shipped. If any regular orders are placed alongside the pre-ordered item(s) these products will not be shipped out separately but with the pre-ordered item(s). To avoid any delays in important orders please places separate orders for regular and pre-ordered items

Import Duty & Taxes

All local taxes are calculated at check out, any custom import duties are payable by the customer and will vary based on the carrier chosen. If a package is held at the border based on clearance Lé Lesél is not held responsible for delays.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the package will be left at the local post office for the customer to pick up at their convenience.

Returns

All orders are made to order/made to size brand, we do not offer refunds on processed orders. We do offer store credit or exchanges on any damaged or faulty items within 14 days of receiving your order. All orders eligible for store credit or exchange must be brand new with original tags and in their original condition, sent to the return address within the 14-day window. Once our team inspects the order we will process the exchange.

Please email info@lelesel.com to process a store credit/exchange with your order number and exchange/return in the subject line. Attach pictures of the item to expedite the process.

An order is only subject to store credit or exchange if you’ve received a damaged item or if we incorrectly processed an order. In the event that Lé Lesél is unable to process an order because of lack of material, Lé Lesél will notify the Customer via email if no solution can be reached Lé Lesél will cancel your order and issue a refund.
